Buffer assembly and manipulator

A manipulator comprising a mechanical arm, an end picker, and a buffer assembly wherein the buffer assembly comprises:

• a first mounting seat;
• a second mounting seat, wherein one of the first mounting seat or the second mounting seat is configured to be connected to the mechanical arm and another one of the first mounting seat or the second mounting seat is configured to be connected to the end picker;
• a hinge assembly connected between the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat, wherein the hinge assembly comprises a first ball joint and a guide rod, the first ball joint is mounted in the first mounting seat, one of the second mounting seat or the first ball joint is connected to the guide rod, and another one of the second mounting seat or the first ball joint is slidably sleeved outside the guide rod;
• and
• an elastic member configured to apply a force to enable the second mounting seat to approach the first mounting seat.
