Vibration generator moving vibrator by magnetic field generated by coil and vibrator-mounted holder used in vibration-generator

A vibration generator comprising:

• an external form including an upper surface and a side surface configured by a frame and a bottom surface;
• a vibrator;
• a coil;
• a retention unit;
• and
• an arm connecting the vibrator and the frame via the retention unit,
• wherein the vibrator is displaceably supported by the arm with respect to the frame,
• a first portion of the retention unit is formed with metal and a second portion of the retention unit is formed with resin, the first portion of the retention unit formed with the metal and the second portion of the retention unit formed with the resin are aligned in a vibrating direction of the vibrator,
• a side portion of the vibrator is supported by the second portion of the retention unit formed with the resin in the vibrating direction of the vibrator, and
• the metal of the first portion extends from the upper surface of the external form to the bottom surface of the external form.
