Abstract
The present specification relates to a method comprising: (A) mixing a ferrite-based catalyst molded article with diluent material particles; and (B) adding the mixture to a catalyst reactor, and a method for preparing butadiene using the same.
Claims6
A catalyst reactor comprising a mixture of a ferrite-based catalyst molded article particles and diluent material particles,
- wherein the ferrite-based catalyst is a zinc ferrite catalyst (ZnFe2O4), and
- wherein in a section in the catalyst reactor where a reaction starts, the ratio of the weight of the ferrite-based catalyst molded article particles to the sum of the weights of the ferrite-based catalyst molded article particles and the diluent material particles is 10 wt % to 15 wt %.
