Suture fastener and delivery device

A suture fastener delivery device, comprising:

• a controller positioned on a proximal end of the suture fastener delivery device, the controller comprising at least one control element;
• a fastener delivery end positioned on a distal end of the suture fastener delivery device, the fastener delivery end comprising:
• a suture fastener configured to be deployed to secure a suture;
• crimping jaws positioned about an outer surface of the suture fastener;
• a shaft extending between the controller and the fastener delivery end from the proximal end to the distal end of the suture fastener delivery device, the shaft comprising:
• a rail extending along an interior length of the shaft;
• a plurality of reserve suture fasteners mounted along the rail;
• a side suture slot positioned about a side of the shaft, the side suture slot configured to allow the suture to exit the suture fastener delivery device;
• and
• a suture cutting blade, the suture cutting blade positioned adjacent to the rail within the shaft.
