Abstract
A method for monitoring operation status of an electric motor in real time, including: reading a drive application signal of the electric motor; selecting a frequency to be observed; analyzing the frequency to be observed to obtain a spectrum thereof; analyzing the spectrum; and detecting the operation status of the electric motor on the basis of the spectrum analysis.
Claims17
A method for monitoring operation status of an electric motor in real time, comprising:
- reading a drive application signal of the electric motor;
- selecting a frequency of the signal to be observed;
- analyzing the selected frequency of the signal to obtain a spectrum thereof;
- analyzing the spectrum;
- and
- detecting, within a detection time, an abnormal operation status of the electric motor on the basis of the spectrum analysis, wherein the detection time is equal to an integration time of the spectrum analysis plus a jitter, wherein the jitter is shorter than the integration time, and wherein the integration that is inversely proportional to the selected frequency.
