Abstract
The disclosure provides inducible caspase polypeptides, compositions comprising inducible caspase polypeptides and sequences encoding the same, cells modified to express the polypeptides and compositions of the disclosure, as well as methods of making and methods of using same for adoptive cell therapy.

A method of modifying a cell therapy in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject (a) a population of T cells comprising an inducible caspase polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 9 or a polynucleotide comprising the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 10, and (b) an induction agent.
