Abstract
An N-aromatic amide compounds with formula (I) is disclosed. The definitions of R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, W1, W2 and W3 in the formula are the same as those in the description.
Claims1
An N-aromatic amide compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof:
- wherein each of R1 and R2 is hydrogen atom, cyano group, nitro group, trifluoromethyl group, or halogen;
- each of R3 and R4 is hydrogen atom, or C1-C6 alkyl group, or R3 and R4 together with carbon atom through which R3 and R4 are bound constitute a 3-6 membered cycloalkyl group;
- each of R5 and R6 is hydrogen atom, halogen, trifluoromethyl group, cyano group, nitro group, acetyl group,
- N-methylcarbamoyl group, C1-C6 alkyl group, aryl group or substituted aryl group;
- each of W1, W2 and W3 is carbon atom or nitrogen atom, and
- in the formula (I), the chemical bond between W2 and W3 is a single bond or a double bond, and each of R5 and R6 is bound to any bondable site of the benzene ring of the group
