Abstract
A magnetic resistance elliptical exercise machine being made out of a single frame unit. The single frame unit has two circular bodies. Each circular body has a disk and a plate. The disk is located on an exterior surface of the exercise machine with the plate being located internally. Each plate and disk are connected by way of an arm and handle that allow the disk and plate to rotate with each other. A user uses the handle to rotate the disks in a circular manner providing the user with a beneficial arm exercise. The exercise machine has a resistance knob that allows the user to increase or decrease a magnetic resistance of the exercise machine.
