Abstract
A polypeptide conjugate for use in a method for binding and/or internalization of the polypeptide conjugate to a mammalian cell having a transferrin receptor (TFRC) and/or receptor for advanced glycation end products (RAGE). The polypeptide conjugate may be used in a method for targeting of a drug delivery system or diagnostic delivery system.
Claims11
A diagnostic composition comprising:
- the peptide of SEQ ID NO:
- 1, the peptide of SEQ ID NO:
- 2, or a peptide which is at least 80% identical to the peptide of SEQ ID NOs:
- 1 or 2, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester thereof;
- a cysteine residue at the N-terminus of the peptide;
- and
- at least one diagnostic molecule covalently attached to an amino group of the cysteine residue.
