Laser crystallization apparatus

A laser crystallization apparatus, comprising:

• a plurality of laser generators which generate a plurality of laser beams,
• a plurality of attenuators which adjust energy intensity of the plurality of laser beams, the plurality of attenuators including:
• outermost attenuators disposed opposite to each other among the plurality of attenuators, the outermost attenuators including:
• a first attenuator which attenuates the energy intensity of the laser beam;
• and
• a second attenuator which attenuates the energy intensity of the laser beam;
• a third attenuator between the first and second attenuators to maintain the energy intensity of the laser beam;
• and
• a fourth attenuator between the second and third attenuators to maintain the energy intensity of the laser beam;
• and
• an optical module which overlaps outputs of the plurality of attenuators and outputs a line beam.
