Rubber-metal laminate and gasket

A rubber-metal laminate comprising:

• a metal member;
• and
• a rubber layer provided on the metal member,
• wherein
• the rubber layer has
• a 100%-modulus value in accordance with JIS K6251 of 8.5 MPa or more and
• a thickness of 80 μm or more and 200 μm or less,
• the rubber layer contains 30 mass % or more of carbon black based on a total mass of the rubber layer,
• the blending amount of the carbon black is 45 parts by mass or more and less than 57 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of a rubber component,
• the rubber layer does not contain silica,
• the rubber layer contains a non-hydrogenated nitrile rubber, and
• the carbon black is SRF carbon black.
