Abstract
An electronic user device is configured to obtain from an application server image data associated with a ticket having a scratching area, display a digital simulation of the scratching area of the ticket on a user interface; receive user-provided scratching input at an input module, and digitally simulate the scratching area of the ticket being scratched on the user interface in accordance with the user-provided scratching input.

A electronic user device, comprising:
- an input module associated with a user interface of a ticket scratching application;
- and
- one or more processors configured to:
- obtain from an application server image data associated with a ticket having a scratching area;
- display a digital simulation of the scratching area of the ticket on the user interface;
- receive user-provided scratching input at the input module;
- and
- digitally simulate the scratching area of the ticket being scratched on the user interface in accordance with the user-provided scratching input.
A method, comprising:
- at one or more processors of an electronic user device having an input module associated with a user interface of a ticket scratching application:
- obtaining from an application server image data associated with a ticket having a scratching area;
- displaying a digital simulation of the scratching area of the ticket on the user interface;
- receiving user-provided scratching input at the input module;
- and
- digitally simulating the scratching area of the ticket being scratched on the user interface in accordance with the user-provided scratching input.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs configured for execution by one or more processors of an electronic user device having an input module associated with a user interface of a ticket scratching application, the one or more programs including instructions that cause the one or more processors to:
- obtain from an application server image data associated with a ticket having a scratching area;
- display a digital simulation of the scratching area of the ticket on the user interface;
- receive user-provided scratching input at the input module;
- and
- digitally simulate the scratching area of the ticket being scratched on the user interface in accordance with the user-provided scratching input.
