The upper support line is coupled to the first support line coupler and the third support line coupler, and the lower support line is coupled to the second support line coupler and the fourth support line coupler. The banner is slidably coupled to the upper support line and the lower support line. The first tensioning line is coupled to the winch and extends from the first aperture and is coupled to a first end of the banner. The second tensioning line extends from the second aperture to a second end of the banner.
