Disclosed are compositions comprising a Gram negative needle tip protein and a translocator protein and methods of their use.
Claims11
A fusion polypeptide comprising (i) a fusion of PcrV needle tip protein of Pseudomonas spp. and PopB translating protein of Pseudomonas spp., wherein the fusion comprises the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 36;
- and ii) a double mutant labile toxin (dmLT) of Escherichia coli or an antigenic fragment thereof, or cholera toxin or an antigenic fragment thereof.
