Abstract
A method for continuously manufacturing aerosol generating articles includes: (i) providing a continuous web of an aerosol generating substrate; (ii) applying at least one susceptor patch to a surface of the continuous web of aerosol generating substrate; (iii) cutting the continuous web of aerosol generating substrate and the at least one susceptor patch applied to the surface thereof to form a plurality of aerosol generating strips and a plurality of susceptor strips; and (iv) forming the plurality of aerosol generating strips and the plurality of susceptor strips into a continuous rod.
Claims11
A method for continuously manufacturing aerosol generating articles, the method comprising:
- (i) providing a continuous web of an aerosol generating substrate;
- (ii) applying at least one susceptor patch to a surface of the continuous web of aerosol generating substrate;
- (iii) cutting the continuous web of aerosol generating substrate and the at least one susceptor patch applied to the surface thereof to form a plurality of aerosol generating strips and a plurality of susceptor strips;
- and
- (iv) forming the plurality of aerosol generating strips and the plurality of susceptor strips into a continuous rod.
