Abstract
A drip catcher for containers, and particularly, a drip catcher that is particularly practical and very versatile, above all suitable for necks of bottles containing liquids which can easily drip when poured.

A drip catcher to be fitted to a neck of containers, comprising a cloth strip having at least one absorbent surface, and provided with means for reversibly fitting around the neck, wherein the cloth strip comprises a pocket for housing the fitting means, formed by a metal strip extending on a rectilinear axis, has a curved cross-section with a first concave surface and a second convex surface, is elastically deformable adapting to the neck by pressing with fingers of one hand.
