A method comprising:
- training a first artificial intelligence (AI) entity to interact with at least one electronic call center;
- receiving, by the first AI entity in a conversation with the at least one electronic call center, an offer of terms to an agreement made by the at least one electronic call center, wherein a second AI entity is trained to accurately recognize the offer from a recording of the conversation;
- transmitting, by the first AI entity in the conversation with the at least one electronic call center, an acceptance of the terms to the agreement made by the at least one electronic call center, wherein the second AI entity is trained to accurately recognize the acceptance from the recording of the conversation;
- and
- exchanging, by the first AI entity in the conversation with the at least one electronic call center, consideration with the at least one electronic call center, wherein the second AI entity is trained to accurately recognize the exchange of the consideration from the recording of the conversation, capture metadata to identify the conversation, and store the metadata in a searchable database.
A system comprising a non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions and a processor, wherein the instructions when executed by the processor are configured to effectuate:
- a first artificial intelligence (AI) entity and a second AI entity, wherein the first AI entity is trained to interact with at least one electronic call center and is configured to:
- receive, in a conversation with the at least one electronic call center, an offer of terms to an agreement made by the at least one electronic call center, wherein a second AI entity is trained to accurately recognize the offer from a recording of the conversation;
- transmit, in the conversation with the at least one electronic call center, an acceptance of the terms to the agreement made by the at least one electronic call center, wherein the second AI entity is trained to accurately recognize the acceptance from the recording of the conversation;
- and
- exchange, in the conversation with the at least one electronic call center, consideration with the at least one electronic call center, wherein the second AI entity is trained to accurately recognize the exchange of the consideration from the recording of the conversation, capture metadata to identify the conversation, and store the metadata in a searchable database.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed, cause:
- training a first artificial intelligence (AI) entity to interact with at least one electronic call center;
- receiving, by the first AI entity in a conversation with the at least one electronic call center, an offer of terms to an agreement made by the at least one electronic call center, wherein a second AI entity is trained to accurately recognize the offer from a recording of the conversation;
- transmitting, by the first AI entity in the conversation with the at least one electronic call center, an acceptance of the terms to the agreement made by the at least one electronic call center, wherein the second AI entity is trained to accurately recognize the acceptance from the recording of the conversation;
- and
- exchanging, by the first AI entity in the conversation with the at least one electronic call center, consideration with the at least one electronic call center, wherein the second AI entity is trained to accurately recognize the exchange of the consideration from the recording of the conversation, capture metadata to identify the conversation, and store the metadata in a searchable database.
