Apparatus, system, mobile terminal, non-transitory computer readable medium, and method for managing consumables used in image forming apparatus

A non-transitory computer readable medium storing an information processing program for causing a computer to execute:

• in a case where a level of consumption of a consumable in an information processing apparatus meets a predetermined condition, providing a notification indicating that the level of consumption of the consumable meets the predetermined condition;
• and
• in a case where the information processing apparatus is connected to a mobile terminal via short-range wireless communication in a state in which the notification is being provided, notifying the mobile terminal that the level of consumption of the consumable meets the predetermined condition and outputting consumable information, which indicates a prompt order for the consumable, to the mobile terminal.

An information processing method comprising:

• in a case where a level of consumption of a consumable in an information processing apparatus meets a predetermined condition, providing a notification indicating that the level of consumption of the consumable meets the predetermined condition;
• and
• in a case where the information processing apparatus is connected to a mobile terminal via short-range wireless communication in a state in which the notification is being provided, notifying the mobile terminal that the level of consumption of the consumable meets the predetermined condition and outputting consumable information, which indicates a prompt order for the consumable, to the mobile terminal.
