Abstract
The present invention relates to the use of a compound of Formula (I), wherein R1, R2 and n are as defined herein as a herbicide. The invention further relates to agrochemically acceptable salts, to herbicidal compositions which comprise a compound of Formula (I) and to the use of compounds of Formula (I) for controlling weeds, in particular in crops of useful plants.
Claims19
An agrochemically acceptable salt of a compound of Formula (Ia),
- wherein
- R1a and R1b are independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, methyl and C1-haloalkyl.
An herbicidal composition comprising:
- a compound of Formula (I),
- wherein
- R1 is selected from the group consisting of halogen, methyl and C1-haloalkyl;
- R2 is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl;
- and
- n=0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5;
- or an agronomically acceptable salt of said compound;
- and
- at least one additional pesticide.
A method of controlling weeds at a locus comprising applying to the locus of a weed a controlling amount of a compound of Formula (I)
- wherein
- R1 is selected from the group consisting of halogen, methyl and C1-haloalkyl;
- R2 is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl;
- and
- n=0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5;
- or an agronomically acceptable salt of said compound.
A compound according to Formula (I)
- wherein
- R1 is selected from the group consisting of halogen, methyl and C1-haloalkyl;
- R2 is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl;
- and
- n=0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5;
- or an agronomically acceptable salt of said compound;
- and
- wherein n is 2 and R1 is 2,3 dichloro or R2 is hydrogen.
