Abstract
The description provides a pair of cycling leggings or shorts comprising a pocket for a removable chamois. Said pocket for chamois has a narrow opening on the front end and a wide opening on the back end, so that a removable chamois can be slipped in and removed as needed.

A garment covering the lower body of a human subject, which has a first and a second opening configured for legs of the human subject, wherein a pocket comprising at least one pocket opening is positioned between the first and second openings configured for the legs, wherein the pocket is constructed from a stretchable fabric, wherein the pocket comprises a back end, wherein the back end comprises a first pocket opening, wherein the diameter of the first pocket opening is about 1-6 inches when not under tension and/or not being stretched, wherein the pocket is configured to removably hold a chamois, and wherein the chamois is removable through the first pocket opening.
