Mask film and method for manufacturing polarizing plate by using same

A mask film comprising:

• a protective film;
• an adhesive layer disposed on one surface of the protective film;
• and
• a perforated portion integrally passing through the protective film and the adhesive layer,
• wherein the adhesive layer comprises an adhesive including two different types of acryl-based copolymer resins,
• wherein the adhesive layer comprises a first acryl-based copolymer resin, a second acryl-based copolymer resin and a crosslinking agent,
• wherein the first acryl-based copolymer resin comprises alkyl (meth)acrylate, hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate and (meth)acrylic acid,
• wherein the second acryl-based copolymer resin comprises alkyl (meth)acrylate, hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate, (meth)acrylic acid and polyalkyl (meth)acrylate,
• wherein a content of the first acryl-based copolymer resin is 6 parts by weight to 12 parts by weight, based on 1 part by weight of the second acryl-based copolymer resin,
• wherein a thickness (a) of the protective film and a thickness (b) of the adhesive layer have a ratio (a/b) of 1 to 30;
• wherein a modulus (c) of the protective film and a modulus (d) of the adhesive of the adhesive layer have a ratio (c/d) of 200 to 17,000, and
• wherein the perforated portion of the mask film has an edge roughness of 30 μm or less.
