A curable composition including: a component (a): a polycarbonate polyol having a hydroxyl value of 40 to 75 mgKOH/g; a component (b): a polycarbonate polyol having a hydroxyl value of 100 to 280 mgKOH/g; and a component (c): a polyisocyanate having an average number of functional groups per molecule, of 2 to 6.

A curable composition comprising:
- a component (a):
- a polycarbonate polyol having a hydroxyl value of 50 to 75 mgKOH/g;
- a component (b):
- an aliphatic polycarbonate polyol having a hydroxyl value of 138 to 280 mgKOH/g;
- and
- a component (c):
- a polyisocyanate having an average number of functional groups per molecule, of 2 to 6.
