Abstract
A printer includes: a controller configured to: acquire a plurality of radio wave strengths of a plurality of RFID signals, each RFID signal being from an RFID included in each of a plurality of printing media, set a threshold based on the acquired plurality of the radio wave strengths, and determine whether or not each RFID is normal based its respective radio wave strength and the set threshold.
Claims10
A printer comprising:
- a controller configured to:
- acquire a plurality of radio wave strengths of a plurality of RFID signals, each RFID signal being from an RFID included in each of a plurality of printing media,
- set a threshold based on the acquired plurality of the radio wave strengths, and
- determine whether or not each RFID is normal based its respective radio wave strength and the set threshold.
A method of controlling a printer, the method comprising:
- acquiring a plurality of radio wave strengths of a plurality of RFID signals, each RFID signal being from an RFID included in each of a plurality of printing media,
- setting a threshold based on the acquired plurality of the radio wave strengths, and
- determining whether or not each RFID is normal based its respective radio wave strength and the set threshold.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a program executable by a computer of a printer, the program causing the computer to:
- acquire a plurality of radio wave strengths of a plurality of RFID signals, each RFID signal being from an RFID included in each of a plurality of printing media,
- set a threshold based on the acquired plurality of the radio wave strengths, and
- determine whether or not each RFID is normal based its respective radio wave strength and the set threshold.
