Claims18
A bifunctional fusion protein comprising a cellulose binding domain (CBD) and an engineered reduced-charge Sso7d (rcSso7d) antigen-binding protein, wherein the rcSso7d antigen-binding protein comprises an amino acid sequence that is at least 85% identical to SEQ ID NO:
- 3 and has a reduced charge relative to SEQ ID NO:
- 12, and wherein the CBD comprises an amino acid sequence that is at least 85% identical to SEQ ID NO:
- 2, SEQ ID NO:
- 16, or SEQ ID NO:
- 10.
