Light fixture trim attachment system

A trim attachment system, comprising:

• a light fixture housing;
• a first coiled spring bracket having a first coil section and a first elongated section, wherein the first elongated section is positioned in the light fixture housing and attached to the light fixture housing and wherein the first coil section is attachable to a trim to pull up the trim toward an opening of the housing, wherein the first coil section is a rolled resilient material;
• and
• a second coiled spring bracket having a second coil section and a second elongated section, wherein the second elongated section is positioned in the light fixture housing and attached to the light fixture housing and wherein the second coil section is attachable to the trim to pull up the trim toward the opening of the housing, wherein the second coil section is a rolled resilient material;
• wherein the first coil section is configured to unroll at least a portion of the first coil section to elongate an uncoiled portion of the first coil section such that the elongated uncoiled portion of the first coil section is extendable below the light fixture housing, and wherein the second coiled section is configured to unroll at least a portion of the second coil section to elongate an uncoiled portion of the second coil section such that the elongated uncoiled portion of the second coil section is extendable below the light fixture housing.
