Joint mounting kit

A joint mounting kit, comprising:

• a mounting plate having a mounting hole, wherein the mounting plate is configured to at least partially retain a joint and the mounting hole has a mounting hole interior wall, wherein at least a portion of the mounting hole interior wall is at least partially planar;
• a fastener configured to be received in the mounting hole to at least partially retain the mounting plate to a vehicle component;
• a slug configured to be received in the mounting hole with the fastener, wherein the slug has a slug height that is equal to or less than a height of the mounting hole interior wall;
• and
• a second slug, wherein the slug has a first wheel adjustment dimension and the second slug has a second wheel adjustment dimension, and wherein the second wheel adjustment dimension is less than the first wheel adjustment dimension.

A joint mounting kit, comprising:

• a mounting plate having a mounting hole, wherein the mounting plate is configured to at least partially retain a joint and the mounting hole has a mounting hole interior wall, wherein at least a portion of the mounting hole interior wall is at least partially planar;
• a fastener configured to be received in the mounting hole to at least partially retain the mounting plate to a vehicle component;
• and
• a slug configured to be received in the mounting hole with the fastener, wherein the slug has a slug height that is equal to or less than a height of the mounting hole interior wall, wherein the slug includes a tool removal recess.
