Interlacing data in streaming industrial image data

A method, comprising:

• receiving, via a control system, streaming data comprising one or more visualizations representative of one or more live operational parameters associated with one or more industrial devices in an industrial system, wherein the streaming data comprises a plurality of image frames corresponding to live visualization data broadcast via a data streaming device, and wherein the one or more industrial devices are configured to perform one or more operations of an automated process for manufacturing one or more products;
• querying a first industrial device of the one or more industrial devices to retrieve a plurality of datasets comprising sensor data acquired via one or more sensors within the industrial system, wherein the first industrial device is represented within the streaming data;
• generating, via the control system, a plurality of machine-readable images based on the plurality of datasets;
• embedding, via the control system, the plurality of machine-readable images within the plurality of image frames of the streaming data to generate updated streaming data;
• and
• sending the updated streaming data to a computing system, wherein the computing system is configured to adjust one or more operations of at least one of the one or more industrial devices based on the plurality of machine-readable images embedded within the plurality of image frames.

Non-transitory, computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, are configured to cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:

• receiving streaming data via a network, wherein the streaming data comprises a plurality of image frames including one or more visualizations of one or more live operational parameters associated with one or more industrial devices of an industrial system, wherein the streaming data is received from a data streaming device, and wherein the one or more industrial devices are configured to perform one or more operations of an automated process for manufacturing one or more products;
• extracting a plurality of machine-readable images from the plurality of image frames, wherein the plurality of machine-readable images corresponds to a portion of the plurality of image frames;
• determining one or more data values corresponding to one or more live operational parameters associated with one or more industrial devices based on the plurality of machine-readable images extracted from the streaming data, wherein the one or more industrial devices are represented within the streaming data, and wherein the one or more data values comprise sensor data acquired from one or more sensors within the industrial system;
• storing the one or more data values in a database;
• and
• sending one or more commands to the one or more industrial devices based on the one or more data values, wherein the one or more commands are configured to adjust one or more operations of the one or more industrial devices.
