Abstract
A light emitting device includes: a substrate that is provided with at least a part of a resonant circuit in which resonance occurs; and a light emitting element that emits light in a case where a current in the resonant circuit is supplied, in which the substrate has an electric accumulation layer provided in the resonant circuit and accumulating electric charge, and the resonant circuit is not provided with an electric accumulation element having a thickness larger than a thickness of the electric accumulation layer and accumulating electric charge.
Claims8
A light emitting device comprising:
- a substrate, having an electric accumulation layer that accumulates electric charge, wherein the electric accumulation layer is a first part of a resonant circuit in which resonance occurs;
- and
- a light emitting element that is a second part of the resonant circuit coupled to the first part of the resonant circuit, wherein the light emitting element emits light in a case where a current in the resonant circuit is supplied,
- wherein
- the resonant circuit is not provided with an electric accumulation element other than the electric accumulation layer and having a thickness larger than a thickness of the electric accumulation layer.
