Abstract
A light-emitting unit is provided. The light-emitting unit includes a light-emitting element, a light conversion layer, and a wall. The light conversion layer is disposed on the light-emitting element. The wall covers a sidewall of the light conversion layer and extends to a portion of an upper surface of the light conversion layer.

A light-emitting unit, comprising:
- a light-emitting element;
- a light conversion layer disposed on the light-emitting element;
- and
- a wall, wherein the wall covers a sidewall of the light conversion layer and extends to a portion of an upper surface of the light conversion layer,
- wherein the wall covers an edge of an upper surface of the light-emitting element and exposes a portion of the upper surface of the light-emitting element.

- a light-emitting element;
- a light conversion layer disposed on the light-emitting element;
- a color filter layer disposed on the light conversion layer;

- a wall disposed on the light-emitting element, wherein a portion of the wall is disposed between the color filter layer and the light conversion layer, and the wall is a reflective layer.
