Abstract
Modified PH20 hyaluronidase polypeptides, including modified polypeptides that exhibit increased stability and/or increased activity, are provided. Also provided are compositions and formulations and uses thereof.
Claims17
A modified PH20 polypeptide, comprising:
- (i) a hyaluronidase domain that corresponds to amino acid residues 3-339 with reference to numbering in SEQ ID NO:7;
- and
- (ii) an amino acid replacement at the residue corresponding to M313 with reference to numbering in SEQ ID NO:7,
- wherein the hyaluronidase domain contains up to 20 modifications.
