Effective component generation device and method for manufacturing same

An effective component generation device comprising:

• an internal device including a discharger that generates an effective component;
• and
• a case having a box shape having a discharge port through which the effective component is discharged, the case housing the internal device, wherein:
• the case includes a metal body including a bottom plate and peripheral walls, the bottom plate and the peripheral walls surrounding at least the discharger in the internal device,
• the metal body includes a seamless portion at a corner portion between two surfaces of adjacent peripheral walls oriented in different directions,
• the internal device further includes a drive circuit that drives the discharger,
• the drive circuit includes a transformer,
• the transformer includes a coiled portion and a connection terminal connected to the discharger, and
• the discharger and the connection terminal are disposed at positions opposite to each other as viewed from the coiled portion.

An effective component generation device comprising:

• an internal device including a discharger that generates an effective component;
• and
• a case having a box shape having a discharge port through which the effective component is discharged, the case housing the internal device, wherein:
• the case includes a metal body including a bottom plate and peripheral walls, the bottom plate and the peripheral walls surrounding at least the discharger in the internal device,
• the metal body includes a seamless portion at a corner portion between two surfaces of adjacent peripheral walls oriented in different directions,
• the internal device further includes a drive circuit that drives the discharger,
• the drive circuit includes a reference potential point, and
• the reference potential point is electrically connected to the metal body.

An effective component generation device comprising:

• an internal device including a discharger that generates an effective component;
• and
• a case having a box shape having a discharge port through which the effective component is discharged, the case housing the internal device, wherein:
• the case includes a metal body including a bottom plate and peripheral walls, the bottom plate and the peripheral walls surrounding at least the discharger in the internal device,
• the metal body includes a seamless portion at a corner portion between two surfaces of adjacent peripheral walls oriented in different directions,
• the case includes a fixing portion that fixes the internal device to the bottom surface of the bottom plate of the case, and
• the fixing portion is integrally formed with the metal body and continuously formed with the metal body without a seam.
