A compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof, comprising:
- (a) a first bictegravir molecule;
- (b) a second bictegravir molecule;
- and
- (c) a linker, wherein the linker covalently attaches the first and second bictegravir molecules.
