Abstract
Provided is a scintillator panel including: a support; a scintillator layer provided on the support, the scintillator layer being composed of a columnar crystal; and a protective film covering at least the scintillator layer. The scintillator layer contains cesium iodide as a base material and cerium as an activator.

A scintillator panel comprising:
- a support;
- a scintillator layer that is a vapor deposition layer, formed on the support, and composed of a columnar crystal;
- and
- a protective film covering at least the scintillator layer,
- wherein the scintillator layer contains cesium iodide as a base material and cerium as an activator, and
- wherein a concentration of the cerium is 300 to 6000 ppm.

A radiation detector comprising:
- a sensor panel including a photoelectric conversion element;
- a scintillator layer that is a vapor deposition layer, formed on the sensor panel, and composed of a columnar crystal;
- and
- a protective film covering at least the scintillator layer,
- wherein the scintillator layer contains cesium iodide as a base material and cerium as an activator, and
- wherein a concentration of the cerium is 300 to 6000 ppm.
