Isoquinoline compounds and their use in treating AhR imbalance

A compound of Formula (I) or a salt, solvate or hydrate thereof,

• wherein:
• R1 is selected from the group consisting of OH and OR7, wherein R7 is selected from the group consisting of substituted C1-6 alkyl and C1-6 alkyl;
• R2 is selected from the group consisting of OH and OR7, wherein R7 is selected from the group consisting of substituted C1-6 alkyl and C1-6 alkyl;
• R3 is selected from the group consisting of substituted C1-6 alkyl and C1-6 alkyl;
• R4 is selected from the group consisting of H, —(CR18R19)tCOOR8, and —(CR18R19)tC(O)NR9R10;
• wherein t is 0, R8 is selected from the group consisting of H substituted C1-6 alkyl and C1-6 alkyl, R9 is H and R10 is selected from the group consisting of substituted C1-6 alkyl and C1-6 alkyl;
• R5 is H;
• and
• R6 is selected from the group consisting of H and halo;
• wherein the term substituted C1-6 alkyl, refers to a C1-6 alkyl substituted one or more times with a substituent independently selected from the group consisting of halo;
• hydroxy;
• hydroxy substituted C1-3 alkyl;
• C1-3 alkoxy;
• halo substituted C1-3 alkoxy;
• S(O)mC1-3 alkyl;
• NR22R23, wherein R22 and R23 are independently selected from H or C1-3 alkyl or wherein R22 and R23 together with the nitrogen to which they are attached form a 5 to 7 membered ring which optionally contains an additional heteroatom selected from O, N, or S;
• C1-3 alkyl;
• C3-7 cycloalkyl, or C3-7 cycloalkyl C1-3 alkyl group;
• halo substituted C1-3 alkyl;
• substituted aryl or substituted aryl C1-3 alkyl and wherein these aryl containing moieties may also be substituted one to two times by halo;
• hydroxy;
• hydroxy substituted C1-3 alkyl;
• C1-3 alkoxy;
• S(O)mC1-3 alkyl;
• amino, mono and di-substituted C1-3 alkylamino;
• C1-3 alkyl, or CF3.
