Collecting tool

A collecting tool comprising:

• a frame body that is disposed so as to surround an opening end portion of a bag that stores waste inside, and on which the opening end portion of the bag is hooked;
• a clip that clamps the frame body and the opening end portion of the bag together in a state where the opening end portion of the bag is hooked on the frame body,
• wherein the frame body includes:
• a plate member formed elongated from a flexible material, having an elongated slit bored at one end portion in a longitudinal direction and extending along the longitudinal direction, and having a rectangular plate-shaped tongue piece portion extending from the other end portion in the longitudinal direction,
• wherein the tongue piece portion is movable along an extending direction of the frame body by being guided in the elongated slit, with the tongue piece fitted into the elongated slit from an inside of the frame body, and
• wherein, when the other end portion of the plate member is released after the opening end portion of the bag is inserted into the plate member curved in an annular shape and the opening end portion of the bag is folded back to an outside of the plate member in a state where the other end portion of the plate member curved in an annular shape is held such that an area inside the plate member curved in an annular shape is smaller than an area of the opening end portion of the bag, and then the opening end portion of the bag is disposed outside the plate member curved in an annular shape, or
• the plate member is disposed inside the opening end portion of the bag in a state where the one end portion of the plate member curved in an annular shape is held such that the area inside the plate member curved in an annular shape is smaller than the area of the opening end portion of the bag,
• the area inside the plate member is deformed to be increased by a restoring force of the plate member, and the opening end portion of the bag is pressed from an inner side.
