Abstract
A yeast cell for use in the treatment and/or alleviation of allergy and/or symptoms caused by allergy, wherein the yeast cell has been treated with electromagnetic waves in the range of 1 GHz to 300 GHz, or said yeast cell has been grown from a yeast cell treated with electromagnetic waves in the range of 1 GHz to 300 GHz, and composition comprising such a yeast cell.

A method of treatment and/or alleviation of allergy and/or symptoms caused by allergy, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof, a yeast cell, wherein the yeast cell has been treated with electromagnetic waves in the range of 1 GHz to 300 GHz, or said yeast cell has been grown from a yeast cell treated with electromagnetic waves in the range of 1 GHz to 300 GHz, thereby treating and/or alleviating allergy and/or symptoms caused by allergy in the subject.
