Abstract
Provided herein are star-shaped polymers and methods of use thereof. Also provided are oral compositions comprising a star-shaped polymer and an orally acceptable carrier and methods of using same. The star-shaped polymers, as provided herein, have a structure according to Formula (I).

An oral care composition comprising a star-shaped polymer and an orally acceptable carrier, wherein the star-shaped polymer has a structure according to Formula (I):
- wherein:
- each R1 independently comprises H or an acrylate polymer,
- each n independently is 5 to 500,
- each X is independently O, NR4, or S, wherein R4 comprises H or C1-6alkyl,
- R2 comprises H, C1-8alkyl, or a functionalized acrylate polymer, and
- each R3 independently comprises H, C1-8alkyl, or C1-8alkyl phosphate.

A star-shaped polymer having the structure according to Formula (I):
- wherein:
- each R1 independently comprises H or an acrylate polymer,
- each n independently is 5 to 500,
- each X is independently O, NR4, or S, wherein R4 comprises H or C1-6alkyl,
