Abstract
A composition includes a compound having structural formula (I): Rf—S—Rh (I) wherein (i) Rf is a partially fluorinated or perfluorinated group having 2 to 6 carbon atoms and optionally comprises one or more catenated heteroatoms, and (ii) Rh is a non-fluorinated hydrocarbon group having 1-3 carbon atoms and optionally comprises one or more catenated heteroatoms. The composition further includes an organic lubricant contaminant.

A composition comprising:
- a compound having structural formula (I):
- Rf—S—Rh (I)
- wherein (i) Rf is a perfluorinated group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms and optionally comprises one or more catenated heteroatoms, and (ii) Rh is a non-fluorinated hydrocarbon group having 1-3 carbon atoms and optionally comprises one or more catenated heteroatoms;
- and
- an organic lubricant contaminant, wherein the organic lubricant comprises a hydrocarbon having the formula CnH2n+2, where n is greater than 5.

A process for removing a contaminant from a substrate, the process comprising the steps of:
- contacting the substrate with a compound having structural formula (I):
- Rf—S—Rh I
- wherein (i) Rf is a perfluorinated group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms and optionally comprises one or more catenated heteroatoms, and (ii) Rh is a non-fluorinated hydrocarbon group having 1-3 carbon atoms and optionally comprises one or more catenated heteroatoms, and removing a contaminant from the substrate, wherein the contaminant comprises and an organic lubricant, wherein the organic lubricant comprises a hydrocarbon having the formula CnH2n+2, where n is greater than 5.
