Abstract
A wireless control system for a bicycle may include a base part attachable to a bicycle and a movable part. The control system may also include an electric motor disposed on the electromechanical component and a control unit disposed on the electromechanical component for operating the electric motor to operate the electromechanical component, the control unit including a wireless receiver. The control system includes a wake sensor connected to the control unit, the wake sensor configured to communicate a wake signal to the control unit.
Claims13
A control system for a bicycle, comprising:
- a shift actuator;
- a modifier actuator;
- and
- a first control unit configured to generate a first signal responsive to actuation of the shift actuator, to generate no signal responsive to the actuation of the modifier actuator, and to generate a second signal responsive to actuation of the shift actuator and the modifier actuator concurrently.
A control system for a bicycle, comprising:
- a shift actuator having a pressed and released state;
- a modifier actuator having a pressed and released state;
- and
- a first bicycle component configured to perform a first action responsive to the pressed and released state of the shift actuator, no action responsive to the pressed and released state of the modifier actuator, and a second action responsive to the pressed and released state of the shift actuator and the modifier concurrently.
