## Abstract

A method and a device for transmitting and receiving a signal in a wireless communication system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprise: receiving downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH); and transmitting the PUSCH on the basis of the DCI. The PUSCH is transmitted in a certain number of resource blocks (RB), and the certain number of RBs may be (i) at most the number of RBs allocated by the DCI, and (ii) the greatest number that is a multiple of 2, 3, and/or 5.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method of transmitting an uplink channel by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
monitoring, in a common search space (CSS), a physical uplink control channel (PDCCH) candidates for a downlink control information (DCI) format used for scheduling of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH); and
transmitting the PUSCH based on detecting a PDCCH with the DCI format,
wherein resource allocation of the PUSCH is determined based on indicated interlaces and an uplink resource block set (uplink RB-set), and
wherein the uplink RB-set is a lowest indexed one among uplink RB-set(s) that intersects a lowest indexed control channel element (CCE) of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) in which the DCI format is detected, and
wherein, if there is no uplink RB-set that intersects the lowest indexed CCE of the PDCCH, the uplink RB-set is an uplink RB-set with a lowest index in an uplink bandwidth part (BWP).

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein the DCI format is DCI format 0_0.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein the PUSCH is transmitted on lowest-indexed M RBs among RBs indicated by the DCI format, where M is a largest integer not greater than a number of RBs indicated by the DCI format and is a multiple of 2, 3 and/or 5.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The method according to claim 3, wherein the M RBs are in the indicated interlaces.

### Claim 5

A user equipment (UE) configured to transmit an uplink channel in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising:
at least one transceiver;
at least one processor; and
at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to perform operations comprising:
monitoring, in a common search space (CSS), a physical uplink control channel (PDCCH) candidates for a downlink control information (DCI) format used for scheduling of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH); and
transmitting the PUSCH based on detecting a PDCCH with the DCI format,
wherein resource allocation of the PUSCH is determined based on indicated interlaces and an uplink resource block set (uplink RB-set), and
wherein the uplink RB-set is a lowest indexed one among uplink RB-set(s) that intersects a lowest indexed control channel element (CCE) of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) in which the DCI format is detected, and
wherein, if there is no uplink RB-set that intersects the lowest indexed CCE of the PDCCH, the uplink RB-set is an uplink RB-set with a lowest index in an uplink bandwidth part (BWP).

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

The UE according to claim 5, wherein the DCI format is DCI format 0_0.

### Claim 7 (depends on 5)

The UE according to claim 5, wherein the PUSCH is transmitted on lowest-indexed M RBs among RBs indicated by the DCI format, where M is a largest integer not greater than a number of RBs indicated by the DCI format and is a multiple of 2, 3 and/or 5.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The UE according to claim 7, wherein the M RBs are in indicated interlaces.

### Claim 9

A base station (BS) configured to receive an uplink channel in a wireless communication system, the BS comprising:
at least one transceiver;
at least one processor; and
at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to perform operations comprising:
