Compound projectile launcher

A projectile launcher, comprising;

• a frame defining a projectile plane;
• a grip;
• a power cable;
• a central hub mounted to the frame and configured to rotate about a central axis;
• a flexible limb extending upwardly from the frame, the limb having a first end and a second end, the first end secured to the frame, the power cable coupled with the limb proximate the second end;
• a first drawstring and a second drawstring, the first drawstring and the second drawstring coupled with the hub, wherein the first drawstring or the second drawstring are configured to move to cause the hub to rotate about the central axis and wind the power cable about the central hub, the first drawstring exiting the hub at least partially within the projectile plane and toward the grip;
• a shot assembly coupled to the first drawstring and the second drawstring, the shot assembly configured to receive and retain a projectile for firing along a projectile axis;
• and
• wherein the grip is mounted to the frame between the central axis and the first end of the limb.

A projectile launcher, comprising:

• a frame;
• a projectile axis extending within a projectile plane;
• a hub mounted to the frame and configured to rotate about a central axis;
• a drawstring coupled with the hub, the drawstring movable between a drawn position and an undrawn position, wherein the drawstring is configured so that movement of the drawstring rotates the hub about the central axis;
• and
• a flexible limb coupled to the frame at a first end, the flexible limb extending upwardly from the frame in a first position defining a vertical plane, the vertical plane positioned between the projectile axis and at least a portion of the drawstring with the drawstring in the drawn position;
• wherein the drawstring exits the hub at least partially within the projectile plane and toward the first end of the limb.
