The invention also relates to the preparation of the compounds, and to compositions including the compounds. The present invention also relates to the use of the compounds, as well as compositions including the compounds, in treating or preventing respiratory diseases, acute and chronic inflammatory conditions, and fibrotic diseases or conditions in which fibrosis contributes to the pathology of the condition. ## Claims ### Claim 1 A compound of formula (I) or a salt, solvate, N-oxide, tautomer, stereoisomer, polymorph and/or prodrug thereof: wherein: R1 is C1-3alkylC3-6cycloalkyl; R2 is H; R3 is selected from the group consisting of H, F, Cl and CH3; R4 is selected from the group consisting of —C0-3alkylC3-12cycloalkyl and C1-12alkyl; wherein each of R1 and R4 is optionally substituted. ### Claim 2 (depends on 1) The compound according to claim 1 or a salt, solvate, N-oxide, tautomer, stereoisomer, polymorph and/or prodrug thereof, wherein R1 is selected from the following groups: wherein each R5 is selected from the group consisting of C1-6alkyl, C1-6haloalkyl, C1-6 haloalkoxy, C1-6hydroxyalkyl, C3-7heterocyclyl, C3-7cycloalkyl, C2-6alkoxy, C1-6alkylsulfanyl, C1-6alkylsulfenyl, C1-6alkylsulfonyl, C1-6alkylsulfonylamino, arylsulfonoamino, alkylcarboxy, alkylcarboxyamide, oxo, compound according to claim 2 or a salt, solvate, N-oxide, tautomer, stereoisomer, polymorph and/or prodrug thereof, wherein R4 is selected from —C0alkylC3-12cycloalkyl and C1-12alkyl, wherein R4 is administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of formula (I) as defined in claim 1 or a salt, solvate, N-oxide, tautomer, stereoisomer, polymorph and/or
