## Abstract

Provided herein are low impurity compositions comprising a compound represented which are useful in the treatment of disorders related to the activity of the c-KIT and PDGFRα kinases, and oncogenic forms thereof.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A solid dispersion comprising a compound represented by Formula (I):
and hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose acetate succinate, wherein the compound is present with a purity of greater than 90% as determined by HPLC.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The solid dispersion of claim 1, wherein the compound is present with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by HPLC.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The solid dispersion of claim 1, wherein the compound is present with a purity of greater than 97% as determined by HPLC.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The solid dispersion of claim 1, wherein the compound is present with a purity of greater than 99% as determined by HPLC.

### Claim 5

A pharmaceutical composition comprising:
a solid dispersion comprising: a compound represented by Formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
and hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose acetate succinate; and
wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises one or more anilinic substances present in an amount equal to or less than about 10% by weight based on the weight of the compound of Formula (I) present in the composition.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

The pharmaceutical composition of claim 5, wherein the one or more anilinic substances is present in an amount equal to or less than about 5% by weight based on the weight of the compound of Formula (I) present in the composition.

### Claim 7 (depends on 5)

The pharmaceutical composition of claim 5, wherein the one or more anilinic substances is present in an amount equal to or less than about 3% by weight based on the weight of the compound of Formula (I) present in the composition.

### Claim 8 (depends on 5)

The pharmaceutical composition of claim 5, wherein the one or more anilinic substances is present in an amount equal to or less than about 1% by weight based on the weight of the compound of Formula (I) present in the composition.

### Claim 9 (depends on 5)

The pharmaceutical composition of claim 5, wherein the one or more anilinic substances is present in an amount equal to or less than about 0.5% by weight based on the weight of the compound of Formula (I) present in the composition.

### Claim 10

A pharmaceutical composition, comprising:
(i) a solid dispersion, wherein the solid dispersion comprises:
(a) a compound represented by Formula (I):
and
(b) hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose acetate succinate.

### Claim 11

A pharmaceutical composition, comprising:
a solid dispersion comprising:
(a) 50 mg of a compound represented by Formula (I):
and
(b) hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose acetate succinate.
