Sound-proof structure for building

A soundproof building structure comprising:

• a first structure including a first floor, a first wall, and a first ceiling, each of which is a structure made of concrete;
• a second structure disposed inside the first structure and including:
• a second floor that has a vibration isolation structure and is on the first floor,
• a second wall disposed apart from the first wall, and
• a second ceiling below the first ceiling;
• and
• a third structure disposed inside the second structure and including a detachable flat panel disposed separately from the second wall on an interior side thereof such that an acoustic adjustment space is formed between the detachable flat panel and the second wall, wherein
• the detachable flat panel is an acoustic adjustment panel including a perforated calcium silicate board, a perforated plywood board, or a perforated aluminum board.

A soundproof building structure comprising:

• a first structure including a first floor, a first wall, and a first ceiling, each of which is a structure made of concrete;
• a second structure disposed inside the first structure and including:
• a second floor that has a vibration isolation structure and is on the first floor,
• a second wall disposed apart from the first wall, and
• a second ceiling below the first ceiling;
• and
• a third structure disposed inside the second structure and including a detachable flat panel disposed separately from the second wall on an interior side thereof such that an acoustic adjustment space is formed between the detachable flat panel and the second wall, wherein
• the detachable flat panel is a sound transmission panel including a glass wool board.
