Abstract
There is provided a fixing solution capable of improving fixing property while suppressing odor. The fixing solution includes: an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid ester; a polyethylene glycol alkyl ether; and water. The water is dispersed in the aliphatic dicarboxylic acid ester. The polyethylene glycol alkyl ether has not less than 4 pieces and not more than 12 pieces of an oxyethylene unit.

A fixing solution comprising:
- an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid ester;
- a polyethylene glycol alkyl ether;
- and
- water dispersed in the aliphatic dicarboxylic acid ester,
- wherein the polyethylene glycol alkyl ether has not less than 4 pieces and less than 10 pieces of an oxyethylene unit;
- and
- wherein a number of a carbon atom of an alkyl group of the polyethylene glycol alkyl ether is not less than 1 and is not more than 4.
