Abstract
A therapeutic, fitness, and sports enhancement device which includes a cylindrically shaped body having a predetermined density and predetermined diameter, the body including a plurality of projections of a predetermined shape. One or more of the predetermined density and the predetermined diameter in combination with the predetermined shape of the projections optimize mobilization of soft tissue structures of the human body.
Claims26
A therapeutic, fitness and sports enhancement device comprising:
- a cylindrically shaped core having a first end and a second end and made of at least one of closed cell foam, rubber or plastic;
- an overlay completely circumferentially surrounding the core from about the first end to about the second end, made of at least one of closed cell foam, rubber or plastic;
- and
- the overlay including a plurality of projections configured to extend into tissue below subcutaneous fat of a user while under pressure of the user's body.
