Backlight module and lighting board for lighting keyboard

A backlight module configured to illuminate at least one key cap, the backlight module comprising:

• a lighting board, having a first reflective layer, a lighting circuit and two aligned micro-structure regions at least partially layered in parallel with each other, the two micro-structure regions being separated by the lighting circuit;
• a light emitting unit, including a plurality of color dies connecting electrically with the lighting circuit;
• and
• a light guide plate, having a light guide hole for accommodating the light emitting unit;
• wherein the color dies of the light emitting unit are aligned linearly, and the two micro-structure regions of the lighting board are aligned in perpendicular to the linearly-aligned color dies, with the micro-structure regions disposed at opposite sides of the light emitting unit.

A lighting board configured to illuminate at least one key cap, the lighting board comprising:

• a lighting circuit, at least partially reflective, the lighting circuit including at least two non-intersecting traces and a plurality of conductive pads;
• at least two micro-structure regions, separated from each other by the lighting circuit, each of the at least two micro-structure regions reflecting lights;
• and
• a light emitting unit located between the two micro-structure regions, the light emitting unit including a plurality of color dies providing different color lights and electrically connecting with the two non-intersecting traces through the plurality of pads;
• wherein the color dies of the light emitting unit are aligned linearly, and the two micro-structure regions are aligned in perpendicular to the linearly-aligned color dies, with the micro-structure regions disposed at opposite sides of the light emitting unit.
