Spiro-bisphosphorous compound, and preparation and application thereof

A spiro-bisphosphorous compound of formula (I), formula (II) or formula (III)

• wherein:
• R0 is methoxy or tert-butyl;
• R1, R2, R3 and R4 are independently selected from the group consisting of C1-C10 alkyl, alkoxy, aryl, aryloxy and hydrogen;
• and
• R5, R6 and R7 are independently selected from the group consisting of C1-C10 alkyl, alkoxy, aryl, aryloxy and hydrogen;
• n is C1-C10 alkylene;
• and PR9 is a chlorophosphite structure comprising an aryl group selected from the group consisting of a biphenyl, methylene diphenyl, binaphthyl, benzoyloxy, O-phenyl, phenyl, and naphthyl group;
• or a chlorophosphoramidite structure comprising pyrrolyl, imidazolyl, carbazolyl or pyridyl.
