Abstract
An assemblable pallet is provided. The assemblable pallet mainly includes a plurality of top plates, a plurality of bottom plates, a plurality of upper support plates, a plurality of lower support plates, and a plurality of feet stacked correspondingly. The above plates are all sheets. Then a plurality of fasteners is inserted through corresponding fastening holes of the above plates and bent to be locked at the fastening holes. Thus the plurality of plates is combined to form a pallet which can be assembled and disassembled more easily and conveniently.

An assemblable pallet comprising:
- a plurality of top plates each of which is a rectangular sheet and provided with a plurality of first fastening holes arranged at the rectangular top plate lengthwise and spaced apart from one another;
- a plurality of bottom plates each of which is a rectangular sheet and provided with a plurality of second fastening holes arranged at the rectangular bottom plate lengthwise and spaced apart from one another;
- wherein the top plates and the bottom plate are disposed transversely while the top plates are arranged over the bottom plates;
- a plurality of upper support plates each of which is a rectangular sheet and provided with a plurality pairs of third fastening holes spaced apart and disposed lengthwise and a plurality of pairs of fourth fastening holes spaced apart, arranged lengthwise, and located adjacent to the third fastening holes;
- a plurality of lower support plates each of which is a rectangular sheet and provided with a plurality pairs of fifth fastening holes spaced apart and disposed lengthwise and a plurality of pairs of sixth fastening holes spaced apart, arranged lengthwise, and located adjacent to the third fastening holes;
- wherein the upper support plates and the lower support plates are arranged longitudinally, relative to each other vertically, and aligned with each other correspondingly;
- wherein the upper support plates are disposed under the top plates and the lower support plates are arranged over the bottom plates;
- a plurality of feet which is disposed on intersections where the transverse bottom plates and the longitudinal lower support plates cross each other correspondingly;
- each of the feet includes a n-shaped upper part, a U-shaped lower part, and a sleeve part;
- a top surface of the n-shaped upper part is clipped between the top plate and the upper support plate and provided with a first fastening piece arranged at each of two side walls of the n-shaped upper part;
- a bottom surface of the U-shaped lower part is clipped between the bottom plate and the lower support plate and provided with a second fastening piece disposed on each of two side walls of the U-shaped lower part;
- the n-shaped upper part and the U-shaped lower part are aligned with each other vertically and then mounted into a mounting hole of the sleeve part;
- a seventh fastening hole is mounted to each of two side walls of the sleeve part;
- the first fastening pieces on the two side walls of the n-shaped upper part are inserted through the seventh fastening holes on the two side walls of the sleeve part and bent to abut against outer walls of the sleeve part for being locked and connected with the sleeve part while the second fastening pieces on the two side walls of the U-shaped lower part are inserted through the seventh fastening holes on the two side walls of the sleeve part and bent to abut against the outer walls of the sleeve part for being locked and connected with the sleeve part;
- and
- a plurality of fasteners which is disposed on intersections where the transverse top plates and the longitudinal upper support plates cross each other and intersections where the transverse bottom plates and the longitudinal lower support plates cross each other correspondingly;
- a third fastening piece and a fourth fastening piece are formed at an area from a center of the fastener to each of two opposite sides of the fastener in turn while a height of the two third fastening pieces is smaller than a height of the two fourth fastening pieces;
- wherein the two third fastening pieces of the fastener arranged at the intersection between the top plate and the upper support plate are inserted through the two third fastening holes of the upper support plate and then bent to abut against a top surface of the upper support plate for being locked and connected with the upper support plate;
- the two fourth fastening pieces of the fastener are inserted through the two fourth fastening holes of the upper support plate and the two first fastening holes of the top plate aligned with the two fourth fastening holes in turn and then bent to abut against a top surface of the top plate for being locked and connected with the top plate;
- wherein the two third fastening pieces of the fastener arranged at the intersection between the bottom plate and the lower support plate are inserted through the two fifth fastening holes of the lower support plate and then bent to abut against a bottom surface of the lower support plate for being locked and connected with the lower support plate;
- the two fourth fastening pieces of the fastener are inserted through the two sixth fastening holes of the lower support plate and the two second fastening holes of the bottom plate aligned with the sixth fastening holes in turn and then bent to abut against a bottom surface of the bottom plate for being locked and connected with the bottom plate.
