## Abstract

Embodiments of the disclosed subject matter provide a full-color pixel arrangement for a device, the full-color pixel arrangement including a plurality of sub-pixels, each having an emissive region of a first color, where the full-color pixel arrangement comprises emissive regions having exactly one emissive color that is a red-shifted color of a deep blue sub-pixel of the plurality of sub-pixels. Embodiments of the disclosed subject matter may also provide a full-color pixel arrangement for a device, the full-color pixel arrangement including a plurality of sub-pixels, each having an emissive region of a first color, where the full-color pixel arrangement comprises emissive regions having exactly one emissive color, and where the plurality of sub-pixels comprise a light blue sub-pixel, a deep blue sub-pixel, a red sub-pixel, and a green sub-pixel.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A full-color pixel arrangement for a device, the full-color pixel arrangement comprising:
a plurality of sub-pixels, each having an emissive region that emits a first color,
wherein the full-color pixel arrangement comprises one or more emissive regions having exactly one emissive color that is a red-shifted color of a deep blue sub-pixel of the plurality of sub-pixels, wherein at least one emissive region of the one or more emissive regions comprises a phosphorescent dopant and a fluorescent dopant.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The device of claim 1, wherein the fluorescence dopant is a thermally activated delayed fluorescent (TADF) emitter.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The device of claim 1, wherein at least one emissive region of the one or more emissive regions comprises a phosphorescent dopant without any fluorescent dopant.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The device of claim 1, further comprising a charge generation layer between at least two emissive regions of the one or more emissive regions, wherein the at least two emissive regions are above or below each other.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The device of claim 1, wherein the phosphorescent dopant has an emissive color of a deep blue and the fluorescent dopant has an emissive color of a light blue.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The device of claim 1, wherein the one or more emissive regions emit exactly one emissive color that is light blue having a peak wavelength selected from the group consisting of: greater than or equal to 460 nm, greater than or equal to 465 nm, and greater than or equal to 470 nm.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The device of claim 1, wherein the one or more emissive regions emit exactly one emissive color that is light blue having 1931 CIE coordinates with CIEy selected from the group consisting of: greater than or equal to 0.20, greater than or equal to 0.15, and greater than or equal to 0.10.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The device of claim 1, wherein the plurality of sub-pixels comprise at least one blue sub-pixel and one yellow sub-pixel.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

The device of claim 1, wherein the plurality of sub-pixels comprise:
a light blue sub-pixel, the deep blue sub-pixel, a red sub-pixel, and a green sub-pixel.

### Claim 10 (depends on 9)

The device of claim 9, wherein the deep blue sub-pixel is formed by applying a color change medium to the light-blue sub-pixel, and has a resultant color range of 1931 CIE coordinates with CIE y of less than 0.10.

### Claim 11 (depends on 9)

The device of claim 9, wherein red light from the red sub-pixel and green light from the green sub-pixel are generated by down-converting light emitted from the emissive color of the emissive regions by photoemissive quantum dots that are part of the red sub-pixel and the green sub-pixel.

### Claim 12 (depends on 9)

The device of claim 9, wherein at least one of the light blue sub-pixel and the deep blue sub-pixel are formed in a cavity structure.

### Claim 13 (depends on 9)

The device of claim 9, wherein at least one of the red sub-pixel and the green sub-pixel uses a color filter to refine a spectrum of at least one of the red light emitted from the red subpixel and the green light emitted from the green sub-pixel.

### Claim 14 (depends on 1)

The device of claim 1, wherein the deep blue sub-pixel of the full-color pixel arrangement is shared by a plurality of pixels.

### Claim 15 (depends on 1)

The device of claim 1, wherein a sub-pixel of the plurality of sub-pixels outputs unfiltered light generated by the emissive region.

### Claim 16 (depends on 1)

The device of claim 1, wherein a consumer electronic product includes the device, and wherein the consumer electronic product is at least one type selected from a group consisting of: display screens, lighting devices including discrete light source devices or lighting panels, flat panel displays, curved displays, computer monitors, medical monitors, televisions, billboards, lights for interior or exterior illumination and/or signaling, heads-up displays, fully or partially transparent displays, flexible displays, rollable displays, foldable displays, stretchable displays, laser printers, telephones, cell phones, tablets, phablets, personal digital assistants (PD As), wearable devices, laptop computers, digital cameras, camcorders, viewfinders, micro-displays that are less than 2 inches diagonal, 3-D displays, vehicle, aviation displays, a large area wall, a video walls comprising multiple displays tiled together, theater or stadium screen, a light therapy device, a sign, augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) displays, displays or visual elements in glasses or contact lenses, light emitting diode (LED) wallpaper, LED jewelry, and clothing.
